The REITs listed below have made either a new high or new low during today's trading. Highs and lows
are measured over the past 252 market days which is generally equivalent to 1 year. Since new highs
and lows represent new price extremes they are a good indicator of the major market trends and these
tables will show which market sectors are rising and which are falling. As elsewhere
on this site, the prices are adjusted for splits and dividends to emphasize total return.
